Shipping Policy — Sarkar International
At Sarkar International, we understand that once you order your favorite abaya or modest wear, you want it fast. We ship directly from our Kolkata warehouses (Park Circus & Khidirpur) to ensure quick dispatch across India.
1. Shipping Costs
We encourage prepaid orders to help us keep prices low and delivery fast.

> Why the COD fee? Courier companies charge us extra to collect cash. This small fee helps cover that cost.
2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
Since we hold our own stock in Kolkata, we process orders faster than many competitors who rely on dropshipping.

Dispatch Time: Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking ID via Email and SMS/WhatsApp. You can track your package on our website or the courier partner’s site (Delhivery, Xpressbees, or DTDC).
4. International Shipping
Yes, we ship globally! If you are ordering from outside India (e.g., UAE, Maldives, UK, USA):

Customs Duties: Any import duties or taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Incomplete Addresses & Non-Delivery
Please ensure your address includes a correct Pincode and Mobile Number.

If our courier partner cannot deliver after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us.

RTO (Return to Origin): If a COD order is rejected at the doorstep, we reserve the right to restrict future COD service for that customer account.
6. Delays
