Return & Refund Policy — Sarkar International

At Sarkar International, we want you to love your modest wear. However, we understand that sometimes an item might not work out. Please review our policy below to understand your options.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of the delivery date.Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn and Unwashed: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of wear, perfume scents, makeup stains, or body order.

  • Tags Intact: All original tags and labels must be attached.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original clear packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Innerwear & Accessories: Hijab under-caps, socks, and niqabs.

  • Customized Orders: Abayas that have been altered for length or custom-stitched to your measurements.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a "Clearance" or "Flash Sale" are final sale.

4. Mandatory: Parcel Opening Video

To protect both parties, we require a clear parcel opening video for any claims regarding:

  • Damaged products.

  • Missing items.

  • Wrong product received.

  • Without this video, we cannot entertain claims of damage or missing items.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Defective/Wrong Items: If the mistake is ours (wrong color sent or manufacturing defect), we will arrange a reverse pickup free of charge.

6. Refund Policy

Once we receive your return and inspect it (usually within 48 hours of receipt):

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • COD Orders: Refunds will be issued as Store Credit (Gift Card) valid for 1 year.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email/WhatsApp Us: Send your Order ID and reason for return to [Your Email] or WhatsApp [Your Number] within 3 days.

  2. Await Approval: We will review your request (and video, if applicable) and approve the return.

  3. Ship It Back:

    • Self-Ship: You ship the packet to our Park Circus address.

    • Reverse Pickup: Available for select pin codes (deductible fee of ₹150 applies for non-defect returns).
